How is double-blind peer review performed?

The double-blind peer review is fully performed by the Open Journal Systems (OJS), which guarantees the anonymity of the parties involved (authors and peers).

Revista IDeAS has its own form that consists of several questions which must be answered rigorously. The form includes a final text box for comments deemed appropriate and relevant. Revista IDeAS demands that its peers be cordial and make constructive observations about the manuscript. The manuscripts can have one of three judgments made by the peer:
1) accepted (without mandatory changes);
2) accepted with mandatory changes;
3) rejected (with justification).
